If we don't hear from you within that window, we'll proceed with the details provided and changes can no longer be made.

Please note that if your order arrives with an incorrect name or date of birth that matches what was submitted at checkout, this falls outside our refund and return policy — it is the customer's responsibility to ensure all details are correct before completing your order.

If you'd still like a corrected pack sent out, we'd be happy to prioritise a quick reprint for you. Simply place a new order on the website as you did the first time and reach out to us so we can fast-track it.
