If you're not completely happy with your order, contact us and we'll make it right with a full refund — no questions asked. Please note this guarantee does not apply to orders where incorrect personalisation details (name or date of birth) were entered by the customer at checkout.

Incorrect Name or Date of Birth

All Birth Day Archive packs are personalised and printed using the exact details provided at checkout. Please double-check your name and date of birth before completing your order.

If you've made an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll update the details before printing. If we don't hear from you within that window, we'll proceed with the information submitted and changes can no longer be made.

If your order arrives with an incorrect name or date of birth that matches what was entered at checkout, this is not eligible for a refund or replacement — responsibility for the accuracy of personalisation details rests with the customer at the time of purchase.

If you'd like a corrected pack, we're happy to prioritise a fast reprint for you. Simply place a new order on our website and contact us so we can fast-track it.

Damaged or Lost Orders

We stand behind the quality of every pack with our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Change of Mind

As each pack is custom-made to order, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind once the order has been printed and dispatched.
